First time Real Estate investor looking to build out a team

Hello,

I am looking to buy my first real estate investment. I have read up on the topic but am looking to build a trusted team to guide me through the process, work to get me set up properly, and ensure I make minimal mistakes if any at all. I don't foresee this being my only investment so ideally this will be my stepping stone to building a team of people I trust that can be helpful in closing future deal across different areas. I am looking to purchase anywhere in the US that makes sense as an investment.
