With all of the new apartment complexes being built in the Tampa Bay Area has anyone had any feedback from potential renters? Especially with move in incentives?
Are you referring to someone choosing a class A apt as opposed to rentals we have available? We've had no change or kickbacks, of course it depends on the rent but from my knowledge most class A studios are going for 1,300+. I think what we will see is more incentives but its still only for people who can afford it. I also know they are probably going to look into short term rental options at some of these class A, I feel there is saturation and this might allow them an opportunity to capitalize with the competition, just my 2 cents.
