Looking For MLS Access in Tampa Market, Student willing to work!
Hello, my name is Warren and I am looking to learn more about wholesaling in the Tampa Bay Area in South Florida. I have been going through quite a bit of knowledge on learning ARV's for houses in various zip-codes and have attempted doing my own "comps" but have only been using sites like Zillow and Redfin. I would like to partner with someone maybe even work part-time as I am in school and can currently give my effort to assisting someone who will hopefully mentor and grow a new potential investor in this business. I am excited and am willing to work. Please give any advice you have or recommend any friends or colleagues or avenues I should take to continue on the path to success
