Investing in small multifamily in Tampa, FL

This is my first post on the forum. I am actively looking to purchase small multifamily properties for buy and hold in Tampa, FL. My target areas are good neighborhoods near urban core such as West Tampa, Soho, Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, etc. These are the areas that I see a lot of potential because of all the developments in downtown.
