When you bought your house, did it need love or did you buy one that was move-in ready?
I am ready to move forward buying my own house and it needs some love. I am getting a good price on it, so when I make it nice, I will have a huge amount of equity in it. It's not a full remodel, just paint, floors, and maybe AC, so I wont be doing projects for the rest of my life.
I am using the same strategies as I would a normal investment, but I have to move-in at some point. Have you done the same?
