Azure Estate Crime Rate
I am in contract of a townhome in Azure Estates area on Joel Ct. I offered above asking price, and I kinda having a buyer’s remorse syndrome. I didn’t go there to see the townhome/the area.
I did a lot of research online and ran the numbers. It shows it still gives me high cash on cash return. And, it is recently updated. In addition, it is near two children hospitals and two VA hospitals.
However, per trulia crime map it shows as pretty high crime (dark blue). But, the street view map looks like it is a nice neighborhood.
Could any local Tampa BP help me give some insight on the area please?
Is it a good and desirable area?
Is it true it is a high crime area as trulia crime map showed?
How is the traffic/commute in that area?
I scheduled a home inspection to come next week (without me). Should I do all kind home inspections (standard home inspection, termite, four points, wind mitigation, mold, asbestos)? Is asbestos inspection included in the standard home inspection?
