Multi-Family Investing in Florida

Hi Everyone!

I'm looking to invest in a multi-family property in Florida, ideally in Tampa. My goal is to move there, and BRRRR. The plan is to move into one of the units myself (for however long is necessary), then once I can get refinanced, move onto the next property. I'm looking for realtors, or anyone who can help me find distressed properties to make this happen. Goal is to use about 80k of my own cash, and combine that with a hard money lender.
