Successful house hacking in Tampa
Are there any people who have bought a house within the last 6 months who are househacking here in the Tampa Bay area & breaking even or profiting? If so, can you share your experience so far? I've been searching for about a year now and on had half a dozen or so deals fall apart at inspection due to huge deferred maintenance (plumbing, electrical, AC, roof, foundation, etc.) I'm pivoting to newer homes so I can stay away from those issues but wanted to see if anyone else has had success trying to house hack recently.
