Looking to build team in Tampa, FL MSA

I'm a current real estate investor in the New Hampshire market (flipped numerous homes and have built a respectable buy and hold portfolio). I'm looking to build a portfolio out of state, specifically Tampa, FL and the surrounding areas (Largo, Clearwater). I've begun building my network but would like to speak with other investors, wholesalers, brokers, property managers, and contractors in the area.
I'm looking to buy multis ranging in size from 3-16 units, utilizing the BRRRR strategy. I'm a cash buyer for anything under $400k, have financing lined up for larger multis. If you're in the Tampa real estate business, please reach out!
