The A/B Investment Vs The C Investment
So here it is... Investment property competition is getting fierce in Tampa Bay... So many people are trying to buy the same exact properties... The big players are buying more residential newer homes vs getting into a crowded space with limited inventory. They are only getting a 3%-5% cap but here is what they are getting. Solid appreciating property with high quality tenants producing consistent cash flow and reducing maintenance costs due to the age of the property. Stocks are shaky right now and will continue to be. Is the A/B investment the better alternative?
Yes I know there will be many opinions on this. Is this the new strategy that needs to be capitalized on in the A/B lower risk investments?
