I've got a townhouse in Tampa I am currently renting and self-managing from out of state.  My tenant would like to renew their lease for another year.  I am looking for an Addendum form/template I can use to add to the current lease.  I've found a couple online but I just want to make sure I do this properly and I'm not overlooking anything legal that is Florida specific.  Any advice/assistance is greatly appreciated.  Thanks for your time.

In the absence of finding one you can always just have them sign a new lease. Just a suggestion for a work around
