Hey BP fam! I am an agent in the Tampa area. I have a client looking to offload a lot in the Palm River area (33619 zip code). It is close to the corner of Palm River Rd and Maydell. If anyone has any interested parties, I can shoot them over the details and see if we can make a deal happen.
