House hacking single family lot Tampa?
Ok here is my dilemma, I have purchased home in Land o Lakes, total of 2 acres with a detach unfinished unit. I can either flip it or keep it for myself and rent the detach unit. Zoning is a for single family home. Am I asking for problems with the county if I decide to finish the detach unit and rent it out?
