Reintroduction / Westshore area / Valuing
BP was about to unsubscribe me for lack of participation but I am about to sell my house in the Westshore (Carver City) area. For a quarter acre lot with two houses (one is efficiency), both rehabbed, who am I marketing to? I know there are a ton of teardowns in the area, being rebuilt with houses from $450,000 to $600,000+, but since my houses are rehabbed it doesn't make sense to sell as teardown. Would developers be willing to pay over 300k for such a property even considering that they might tear down one or both structures? My intention is to market to house hackers. Is that a good market at this time?
Also, is the property likely to lose value after the election or at any other time coming up?
