Sarasota: How does Tax Foreclosure Work as rebate for estate
Question on a lead that I have.
Owner of home paid-for home passed away maybe 10 years ago. Children never really handle the estate correctly. The home just sold at auction for unpaid taxes. I was wanting to understand what the process would be as far as how the difference between the amount the home sold at auction vs. the amount owned is handled as far as payment to heirs and if there is an opportunity to purchase the right to collect the amount from the heirs.
