Insurance Company Recommendations For New Construction
Hi everyone. Can anybody here recommend a good insurance company? Specifically, we are getting ready to break ground on a new construction. I'm looking for liability, builders risk coverage, and (hopefully!) not to pay for 6 months- a year at a time.
I have used REI Guard for years on flips and rentals, but want to shop it out for this new build. REI Guard has been good with us being able to cancel and prorate for how long we own each house we end up selling. Plus setting it up is easy.... any who I digress. Please if you have any companies you have actually worked with for insuring new construction projects, please let me know your thoughts on them!
