Looking for an Agent with Foreclosure Experience
I'm looking at a house which appears to be in preforeclosure. I would like to see if the house can still be sold before contacting the family. There are two lenders on the property and it looks like they might have enough equity to sell the house out right. I have spoken to the son of the property owners and it seems they would be open to an offer but won't pursue anything. I would also appreciate any advice on how to find out this information on my own. The house is distressed mainly on the outside with a loan of 87,000 from 93 and another for 135,000 form 2006. I am assuming the loans have been paid off enough to sell the house outright. Once lightly rehabbed the house should sell for over 200,000.
