Looking to find the real estate investment clubs or associations in the Tampa / Orlando areas. Have you been to any of these? What are your thoughts? How do you like the owners / organizers?

There is two major options in the Central FL area...CFRI and GOREI. I asked around a lot and did quite a bit of research before choosing which was the right fit for me. Poke around on their websites and do the same for you and what you're looking to get from a membership.

I will say though that I've never regretted my choice to get involved in CFRI. It's been amazing and they run things really well over there. Lots a value add and great networking opportunities if you take advantage of them!
