I'd like to have an appraisal done on a rental property before I put it on the market.  Are there any appraisers on BP or does anyone have a recommendation.  Thanks.

Although I have never met this appraiser, he did a phenomenal job on my last project. He is commonly used by my lender, LendingOne. He was SPOT ON with my research unlike most appraisals I've had. His name is John D. McKerley. I'm looking at the report now for his details.
