I am going to evict a tenant in a tough area... after eviction I will have some works to be done. I need a house sitter... does anyone have any contact?

A house sitter to monitor the work the contractors are doing? Or a house sitter to make sure no one breaks in?

@Paolo R. I may have a contact for you. Let me ask my guy if he is interested or knows of anyone. Is this in Atlanta or where?

House sitters are nice, but they are only human. If the house has electricity, then I would recommend getting a temporary security system. SimpliSafe makes a great one that you can easily install and move between houses. Monitoring is between $15-25/mo depending on the plan you get.

I suggest stay away from these crime infested neighborhoods at least until Atlanta starts to care enough to get that element out of the area. My target markets are outside of Atlanta.

Well... My strategy is different ... High risks for high rewards... However a house sitters lowers risks
