Investing in the Greater Atlanta area
My name is Sam, I am a foreign investor from Israel, and I am looking to invest in a buy & hold single [3 bd, 2 ba, 1000sqf+-] in the Greater Atlanta area. My budget is 100K.
I am interested in investing south to Atlanta [Clayton, Rockdale and Fayette Counties] but have had a difficult time finding cities that are a good investing opportunity [Development, Low crime, appretiation]. I would love to get help in getting to know the area better
