selling a rental property under a lease agreement.
Currently own a condo in Ewa Beach HI. I want to sell in order to use the equity in other investment opportunities in my current location. The condo in currently occupied. I have tenants under a 12 month Lease Agreement. The lease started 1 March 2017. I want to list the property now and get out of it. Does any one have experience selling or buying properties with tenants? Any suggestions on how to approach this? Any advice will help. Thanks in advanced....
