Does Your Investing Criteria Match 20% Instant Equity?
Hi all,
I'm in the Boise, Idaho area and am involved with wholesaling. I typically do not wholesale a home for anything less than a 25% instant equity profit for the investor (although the percentage varies depending on the area the house sits in). I've turned away deals at a 20% discount that currently also have renters in the homes. Just because this doesn't match what I want, does't mean everyone else has the same criteria. So I wanted to put this out there for those investing in this area and just see if these sort of deals may match what you are looking for. Please let me know and I may have something for you. Thanks!
