Does anyone here have experience with short-term rentals on Lake Coeur d'Alene or surrounding lakes (e.g. Hayden Lake)?  I'm trying to understand the rental seasons to determine the number of rental days per year.  Would love to chat with anyone who has some first-hand experience.

Yes we actually just sold a vacation rental on Hayden Lake and are actively pursing others in CDA and Sandpoint.  Call me @Jeffery Linn
