Who are you guys using for hard money for your deals here in SE Idaho? Are there a few local guys who are reliable or is everyone using national lenders? AND if you are using national lenders, who do you like to use? Thanks!

Hey Nathan so I haven’t used one myself yet but I spoke with Kenneth Igwe with Baker Collins based out of Atlanta. They seemed to be a good option, but I ended up finding a partner instead.

@Avery Robertson Thanks man, I'm putting together a list of national lenders together because there don't seem to be many local guys doing it, so thats great, I'll give those guys a call as well. I'm in Oregon and have has a couple of guys use A10 in ID.  Might be worth a call since (besides rate quotes) think most hard money guys are the same.
