hey community!
Looking to network with like-minded people preferably woman since I don't know many women investors. I have yet to make my first deal and tend to get discouraged so am looking to connect with someone who has some experience to see how we can help ea other. I have preforclosure and probate leads within most counties in Illinois and with over 50% equity. Let's connect!

@Veronica Calvillo how are you? My husband and I have been flipping for 7 years now. We do both flips and new construction now. I have two little girls now that we didn't have when we started flipping. I don't have as much time anymore working full time, taking care of my girls, and designing the flips we are doing. But if you would like to network let me know. My husband is much more involved in the day to day operations of the business. Let me know more about you? What are your goals? How many flips have you done? We have about 22 houses completed. 5 new construction and about 17 flips. I'll wait to hear back from you. Take care!!

@RachaelImohof I’m an investor in the Chicagoland area. I typically buy and keep. I own a couple of rentals. I recently applied for a commercial loan and was approved for a sizable amount. I have been considering new construction, very seriously. Perhaps we all should connect. Flipping homes is still a s option.

Hello ladies. Thank you for the post Veronica. I am in a similar situation and just beginning to break into real estate investing. I am interested in meeting other likeminded women, especially in the Chicagoland area. I am hoping to learn from someone with experience in the industry and in turn help them out. I am currently a consultant and I have a CPA but I am hoping to break into real estate investing initially on a small scale and continue to expend my real estate portfolio until it is a full time occupation. Looking forward to connecting!

@rachel imhof I would love to network and learn from investors who are more experienced like yourself. I haven't done any deals yet due to my lack of experience and no capital. Look forward to connecting

@Veronica Calvillo - You definitely came to the right place to network with like-minded real estate investors. The industry, in general, is somewhat dominated by males, but there are definitely some awesome women real estate investors here in Chicago.
You should connect with @Brie Schmidt , @Sarita Scherpereel , @Eudith Vacio ,
If you end up finding some good deals from your leads and need to partner up, please keep us in
