@David Adeyemi - Sounds like you have a deal lined up in Orland Park?  That's awesome.  

I don't know any specific architects that reside in Orland Park.  I know @Prashanth Mahakali and @Samuel Pavlovcik do a lot of work in Chicago, but also work out in most suburbs as well.  Also, sounds like @Seth Holmen works in that area.

What type of project and scope do you have on your hands?

I'm looking for a GC as well so let me know what you find in that regard.

@Jonathan Klemm Yep, a single family gut rehab. Currently trying to get some cost estimates together, exploring a gut rehab as-is vs expanding the current structure. Putting a possible GC list together and you're on it lol
