Any suggestions for RE Accountant near Plainfield IL..

Also looking for a mentor in the area that has experience starting a generational wealth company for RE investing..

Have the LLC but don't want the taxes on my personal income..

Would love to sit down and go thru the long term ins and outs to get this going..

Most of the time, the income from the LLC will ultimately flow to your individual return.

If it is a Single Member LLC(SMLLC), it will be reported directly on your individual return
If it is a multi member LLC(MMLLC) or an LLC taxed as a S-Corp, you will receive a K-1 that will flow to your individual return.

The only exception is it if is taxed as a C-Corp...which is likely not going to be advised.
