I know it is 70 degrees out but November 1st is usually the start of snow contracts in Chicago!  I need recommendations as the company I used last year charged me for unlimited upfront and stopped answering their calls after the  first snow (even though we only had 3)

Small 2-4 unit properties in Albany Park, Portage Park, and North Center.  Local handyman ok just need somebody reliable!!

Suggest you invite Rahm and Preckwinkle to speak after any snow accumulation. All their HOT AIR will surely melt the snow.

If they are singles or duplexes you can try plowz and mowz app. It’s like $40 a plow.
