Looking for contractor registered with Village of Skokie
I'm closing soon on an 8-family in Skokie. The building department identified a number of violations in their pre-close inspection and I intend to post a bond to allow me to do the repairs after the closing. I need an inspector registered with Skokie to put together a repair estimate. Any recommendations for this? Thanks
