Best commercial SFR mortgages for out-of-state buyers
I have 10 conventional mortgages mostly in Chicago. Can anyone recommend any local Chicagoland banks or lenders that will work with out-of-state residents in situations such as this? I’m trying to avoid commercial loans with balloons and the high rates of hard money lenders. I have 5 more SFRs UC and trying to identify the best path forward.
Any ideas are appreciated!
