Looking at buying: Walls down to studs but framed in 1824 sf house, North Tonawanda, NY, 14210 close to Niagara River; single; no drywall up

Walls down to studs but framed in throughout the house. It is an Open concept plan on the first floor with a 1st floor full bath with stand up shower and first floor Laundry hook-ups -- will be moving hook-ups and swapping shower for tub. New Vinyl windows and new Vinyl siding. New forced air furnace and Installed venting throughout. New Electrical panel, Main Outside power line, and electric throughout. SheetRock Drywall being left for the new owner. New PEX plumbing throughout-kitchen and bath lines are in. New Insulation added on walls inside the house, but missing some spots. Roof 2018 and some newer gutters that are missing downspouts. New subfloors throughout. asking 84K. No cabinetry, floors, or drywall yet. How much roughly to finish and estimated time to finish? Think this may be my only chance to get something new in this market. Could turn into a double potentially down the road -- 4 BR's upstairs plus full bath. Would not resell for at least a few years. Thoughts?
