Still flipping in the Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino?
Hey everyone, would love to connect with investors currently and or still buying up in these areas. My wife and I are in the process of re starting our journey into RE and getting ready to buy in these areas for either buy and hold, and maybe possibly wholesale, but would love to get an insight on how everyone (flippers/cash buyers) are feeling about the current conditions of the market before we start.
