Anyone ever use DeedPull.com?
I need a deed to a potential investment property to find out who owns it. I came across deedpull.com who claims to be able to provide any deed in the US that's been recorded electronically for 25 bucks. Is this legit? Seems too good to be true. I'll probably just try it out and eat the money if it doesn't work but figured I'd ask if any of you guys had ever heard of/used it before.
