New to real estate investing. Been doing my research, reading books and watching videos before just jumping into it. Although I realized you’ll never really learn until you just do it. Looking for a mentor or team to work with to get my hands on my first deal.

multifamily? small, medium or large? buy and hold or value add?
self storage units? hotels? offices? retail? where do you see yourself?

If you go to the "Network" tab at the top of the screen, you can type in "Honolulu, HI".
Look for people that have the "Investor" tag.
From there, you can connect with people in your local market.
Just remember, don't spam anyone.
