Hi All,

Has anyone worked with Hedge Funds for real estate investments?

If yes, what advice would you give me?

Thank you

My best advice is to be more clear in your communications.

I've worked with hedge funds in multiple capacities, but I have no idea what you're looking for?

Do you want a hedge fund to invest with you?  Are you looking to buy from a hedge fund?  Are you looking to sell to a hedge fund?  Do you want a job working for a hedge fund?  Do you want to interview a hedge fund for a school project?

Yeah, as J Scott said, never communicate like that, quick way to get on a blocked list.

H.F. are professional, be equally as professional, it's really that simple. There is no "secret sauce" other then that, and don't waste peoples time, everything in every communication must be to the point, succinct, with purpose & value. For those in a fund there is more requests and "deals" then time, time is the #1 most important and valuable resource, wasting of such is not taken lightly.
