Hello, I'm looking for a reputable hard money lender that everyone has trust with. I have done 2 flips(1 i live in) and work with an investor that I fix for and have completed 2 of there investments. I have a possible project insight and would like immediate funding to aquire this property. I have never work with one but any insight would be greatly appreciated! I'm a 1st yr business owner also what other streams of finance would you recommend.
