I am considering bringing on someone to my team that specializes in residential design or shall I say, redesign.  Someone that knows the newest trends for interior design.  Not furnishings but selecting the materials that will go into the new design of the home.  Is that a thing?  If so, who would I search for?  I've called some interior designs companies and they sound like I've invented fire or something.  Thank!

This is a costly addition to your team. Unless you are flipping high end homes you do not need this. Indeed is a good resource for hiring.
