Remodel design software

Hey all, I’m putting together a plan for flipping a house and I’m curious what y’all use for design software? I have a solid budget and general idea of scope, but I’m trying to put it to paper as there will be a lot of walls moving, adding rooms, etc. 

Furthermore, for you more experienced flippers, do you think it makes more sense to hire someone to do this or are there tools that make design layout relatively simple? Thank you in advance!!!
