replacing shingle roof
I need to replace my shingle roof--it's on the 13 year of a 12 year life.
What questions should I ask roofers regarding their estimates?
This is the first roof, and I plan to have the new one put on top of the existing one.
I have an evaporative cooler on it. It also needs replaced. Does the roofer remove it, or do I get a cooler man?
