A 30 Day Rehab - Can it be done?
Just closed on this really neat Craftsman home last week and our goal is to be DONE in 30 days... Just 1 week in she is totally demo'd (minus a 2x4 or two or three), foundation is lifted and leveled and the electrical and a/c guys get rolling on Saturday.
There are some really nice looking floors under all this dirt and that kitchen will get an island, all new cabinets, a utility room added and french doors leading out to a deck. 30 days is a really tight time frame but I'm pulling out all the stops to meet the deadlines. What tips you have for completing your rehabs quickly?
