termite damage
I'm in the process of buying a single family house with a tentative closing of 08/31. During the termite inspection they found old trails with no live termites in the garage. The seller will have to pay $1500 for the treatment and I was thinking of lowering my offer $2500 for any unforeseen damages. Does this sound reasonable? Any other advise? I plan on flipping the house but I may keep as a rental.
