Seeking HML, gap funders, & flipping pro for new show
My partner and I are about to sign a deal with a production company for a new show about flipping beach houses. We are both new to house flipping and are seeking HML and gap funding to get some flips underway. The first couple of flips will be training grounds for us and will not be part of the show. We would also consider JV'ing with someone on a couple of flips in the Los Angeles area. We are also seeking a seasoned house flipping pro willing to help us with flips both on and off the show.
