Spreadsheet for Tracking Rehab Expenses

Does anyone have a good spreadsheet template for tracking all expenses associated with rehabbing?

If I purchased The Book on Flipping Houses via Audible. It sounds like the only way to access the e copies of the spreadsheets mentioned is by purchasing through BP?

@J Scott I have The Book on Estimating  Rehab Costs ( important read); but I'm not sure where the digital resources are and I looked through the book; but I'm not seeing any reference.

I see I purchased it off Amazon, if that is the difference.

If you purchase the book package (either digital or physical) from BP, it comes with a bunch of digital files, including SOW templates, contract template, chart of accounts, etc.
