Investor friendly realtor in the Delco & Chesco area
Hey BP,
Wanted to reach out and connect with local investors in the Delco and Chesco area. Originally from Delco so I know the area very well and went to school in Chester County as well. I've been doing a lot of research in the Delco/Chesco area. I recently pulled information from the MLS specific to sold properties in each town/neighborhood of Delco (Chesco is next) to see what is selling and at how much.
