Any advice for a first time house flipper?
In 9-12 months, I will have finished paying off my dad for the house I live in. This will provide me my HELOC to start flipping houses. I've read the books. I am on the lists of wholesalers. I don't want to send out mail looking for deals or drive for dollars. I'm not even sure what my specific question is, but... Any good advice? I imagine the first one will be a learning process.
