Wholesalers in Louisville KY an So. Indiana area
Hello this is my first time posting. I am a real estate investor who has flipped 3 houses in Southern Indiana. Currently I am finding no foreclosures, short sales, or other properties to flip listed on the MLS in my area. I was considering trying to use a wholesaler. Are there any wholesalers in the Louisville, KY area that are worth talking to, and more importantly are there any I should avoid?
