Rehabbing mindset for beginners
I can't get into the mindset of a ragged house being a good investment; all I see are blank checks that I would have to write. How can I get into the mindset that rehabbing is worth it? I have not done any house maintenance myself and the idea of it makes me nervous. Thoughts? Words of inspiration?
