Hi Out There,
Is there any one who can tell me where I can find cash buyers for my deals.
I had started out out as doing "subject- to" deals, but it is not working out, so i decided to try "wholesaling", but will like to know where I can find cash buyers, for my contracts.

Visit your local REIA! When you talk with people ask them, "Are you buying any properties right now?". If yes, get their criteria. If no, ask them if they know anyone that is buying right now.
