Owners Title Insurance

we are purchasing a home to likely flip here in South east Florida. my estate attorney referred me to their internal title agency. I read about something called the Butler rebate and their title insurance section does not do butler rebates. does anyone know good title company in Florida for owners title insurance. thanks,
